    Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk meningkatkan Hasil belajar siswa pada aspek kognitif dalam mata pelajaran Matematika siswa kelas V SD N 01 Banjarharjo melalui metode Prediction guide; (2) Untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada aspek afektif yang meliputi keaktifan dan kreatifitas belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Matematika siswa kelas V SD N 01 Banjarharjo melalui metode Prediction Guide. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subyek dalam Penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, tes dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar pengamatan, soal tes, serta daftar nilai kelas V SD N 01 Banjarharjo. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu dengan analisis kritis dan analisis komparatif. Hasil penelitian ini, data awal nilai siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan minimal 60 adalah 33,4 %, pada siklus I hasil belajar siswa yang berupa aspek kognitif pada nilai tugas meningkat menjadi 55,6 %, sedangkan pada aspek afektif yang meliputi keaktifan dan kreatifitas belajar siswa 66,6 %, dengan hasil rata-rata pada aspek afektif mencapai 62,5 %. Pada siklus II mencapai indikator keberhasilan penelitian yaitu 94,4 % siswa mencapai nilai di atas nilai KKM, 94,4 % siswa ikut aktif dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, sedangkan 94,4 % siswa mampu meningkatkan kreatifitasnya. Dengan demikian dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) penggunaan metode prediction guide dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada aspek kognitif; (2) Metode prediction guide dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada aspek afektif meliputi keaktifan dan kreatifitas belajar siswa kelas V SD N 01 Banjarharjo tahun 2010/2011.     The objectives of this study were (1) To determine the ability of teachers in implementing STAD type cooperative learning in Physics Lessons in class X-MIPA 1, (2) to increase student activity and (3) to improve student learning outcomes in class X-MIPA 1 SMAN 2 Banda Aceh on Physics Lessons in Circular Motion with the application of the STAD type cooperative learning model. The subjects of this study were students of class X-MIPA 1 with a total of 32 students. Data collection techniques in this study were through tests, observations, and questionnaires. Data collection tools used were observation sheets, test questions, and student response questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive qualitative. Data processing is done in a way; (a) to see the activities of teachers and students through observation sheets, processed using descriptive statistics with an average score, (b) data on student learning outcomes is processed by looking at the level of individual and classical completeness, (c) the results of the data from the questionnaire are processed using simple percentage formula. The results showed that the teacher's ability to manage learning in the first cycle was declared almost good (3.56) then increased in cycle II with good criteria (4.42), while student activity in the first cycle was good enough (3.19) then the second cycle was good criterion (4.05). Thus the learning process has increased significantly so that it affects student learning outcomes which are quite good, namely student learning outcomes at the beginning of observation of student learning completeness only 53% of 32 students meaning students who did not complete learning as much as 47% , then after being given action with cooperative learning type STAD in the first cycle students who completed learning increased to 68.75%, who had not yet completed it decreased to 32.25% and in the second cycle students who completed learning increased to 81.25% and those who did not complete reduced to 18.75%

    Pembelajaran IPS saat ini khususnya di Sekolah Dasar (SD) tampaknya masih belum sepenuhnya mengacu pada keterpaduan kondisi sosial secara riil yang saat ini semakin berkembang di Indonesia, seperti pengikisan niali moral bangsa, krisis kepercayaan, hak asasi manusia (HAM), keadilan. Cara penyajian mata pelajaran IPS tingkat sekolah dasar masih bergantung pada materi yang tertulis dalam kurikulum serta buku teks (buku paket), sehingga pada saat PBM (proses belajar mengajar) berlangsung guru hanya semata-mata mengejar target ketuntasan materi sesuai yang sudah ditetapkan pada aturan kurikulum. Sedangkan implikasinya bagi siswa bahwa belajar IPS hanya sebagai bekal saja untuk menghadapi ulangan harian, ujian tengah semester (uts), serta ujian akhir semester (uas). Oleh karena itu, penulis melakukan tindakan penelitian yang bersifat Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), dimana PTK merupakan salah satu jenis penelitian yang berupaya memecahkan masalah-masalah yang dihadapi pengajar atau pendidik (guru atau dosen) yang berkaitan dengan proses pembelajaran di kelasnya sendiri. Penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis ini menggunakan 2 siklus secara keseluruhan, dimana pada masing-masing siklus dalam penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 1 kali pertemuan. Pada siklus 1 peneliti melaksanakan tahap-tahap dengan baik untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa Kelas IV SDN Keboansikep 1 pada mata pelajaran IPS. Sedangkan pada pertemuan 2 dirasa penerapan model ITM ini sudah berhasil karena indikator capaian keberhasilan sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Dari hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan selama 2 hari di SDN Keboansikep 1 Kecamatan Sidoarjo, maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwasannya penerapan model pembelajaran ITM pada mata pelajaran IPS di kelas IV sangatlah berdampak positif

    Abstrak Rok Paneled Circle adalah jenis rok pias bervolume dan tegak terlihat mengembang dan bentuknya seperti buah labu. Volume rok bergantung pada lebar pengembangan panel bagian bawah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan lebar panel 7 cm, 10 cm dan 14 cm pada pola rok Paneled Circle terhadap hasil jadi rok ditinjau dari aspek ketepatan bentuk tiap panel rok, kestabilan panel rok dan aspek volume rok. 2) mengetahui hasil jadi rok Paneled Circle yang terbaik di antara lebar pengembangan 7 cm, 10 cm dan 14 cm ditinjau dari aspek bentuk tiap panel, kestabilan bentuk dan volume rok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan instrumen lembar observasi. melibatkan 30 observer. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji anava tunggal dengan program SPSS 20 dilanjutkan uji duncan. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa: 1) ada pengaruh pengembangan lebar panel pada pola rok Paneled Circle terhadap hasil jadi rok ditinjau dari aspek ketepatan bentuk tiap panel rok, kestabilan panel rok dan aspek volume rok yang signifikan. 2) hasil jadi rok Paneled Circle yang terbaik adalah rok dengan lebar pengembangan panel 14 cm, baik ditinjau dari aspek ketepatan bentuk tiap panel, Kata kunci : Pengembangan lebar panel, hasil jadi Paneled Circle Skirt, Lebar Panel 7 cm , 10 cm dan 14 cm Abstract Paneled Circle Skirt is a type of volume and upright pias Skirt that looks fluffy and looks like a pumpkin. The volume of the Skirt depends on the width of the bottom panel development. This study aims to 1) determine the effect of the development of the panel between 7 cm, 10 cm dan 14 cm width on the pattern of Paneled Skirts on the final result of the Skirt in terms of the accuracy of the shape of each Skirt panel, the stability of the Skirt panel and aspects of the volume of the Skirt. 2) determine the Panel Circle Skirt the best results are between 7 cm, 10 cm and 14 cm width in terms of the shape aspect of each panel, the stability of the shape and volume of the Skirt. This research is an experimental research. Data collection methods using observation and observation sheet instruments. involving 30 observers. Analysis of the data used is a single anava test with SPSS 20 program followed by duncan test. The results stated that: 1) there was an influence on the width of the panel on the pattern of Paneled Skirts on finished Skirts in terms of the accuracy of the shape of each Skirt panel, the stability of the Skirt panels and the significant aspects of the Skirt volume. 2) Circle panel is the best finished Skirt with a 14 cm wide panel development, both in terms of the accuracy of the shape of each panel. Suatu institusi memliki tujuan – tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Tercapai atau tidaknya tujuan institusi juga ditentukan oleh peranan kinerja sumber daya manusia didalamnya. Dalam memberikan pelayanan yang baik pemerintah membutuhkan kinerja yang luar biasa dari Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal, Pengawasan dan Efektivitas kerja terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Kota Tegal. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara. Instrumen penelitian berupa penyebaran kuesioner jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 responden. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji Method of Successive Interval (MSI), uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dibuktikan dengan nilai uji t sebesar 3,603 (positif) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,01 ˂ 0,05 atau hipotesis diterima. 2) Pengawasan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dibuktikan dengan nilai uji t sebesar -0,410 (negatif) dengan nilai signifikan 0,685 ˃ 0,05 atau hipotesis ditolak. 3) Efektivitas kerja berpengaruh tehadap kinerja dibuktikan dengan nilai uji t sebesar 2,251 (positif) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,033 ˂ 0,05atau hipotesis diterima. 4) Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan komunikasi interpersonal, pengawasan dan efektivitas kerja terhadap kinerjadengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 ˂ 0,05 atau hipotesis diterima. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal, pengawasan dan efektivitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) kantor Sekretariat DPRD Kota Tegal.     Family Factors Affecting Adolescents’ Happiness During the Covid-19 Pandemic

    The COVID-19 pandemic has led to large-scale behavioral changes and a significant psychological burden. This study aims to determine the effect of parent-adolescent relationships and parental marital quality on adolescents’ happiness during the pandemic. The research subjects were male and female adolescents between the ages of 18-21 that studied at state and private universities and lived with their parents. A binary logistic regression technique was used to examine the independence of the association between perceived parent-adolescent relationship, parental marital quality, sex, and allowance with happiness during the pandemic. The logistic regression analysis results showed that only two independent variables, namely perceived parent-adolescent relationship and parental marital quality, made a unique statistically significant contribution to the model. However, the strongest predictor was perceived parental marital quality, which recorded an odds ratio of 7.25.     The purpose of this research is to conduct a meta-analysis study on the attachment with children and adolescents’ psychological well-being. In this study, the researchers conducted a meta-analysis of eight groups. The results show that (1) the correlation effect between secure attachment and positive psychological well-being was significant; (2) the correlation effect of secure attachment with negative psychological well-being indicates a significant value; (3) the correlation effect between avoidance and positive psychological well-being was significant; (4) the correlation effect between avoidance and negative psychological well-being was significant; (5) the correlation effect between anxious and positive psychological well-being was not significant; (6) the correlation effect between anxious and negative psychological well-being was significant; (7) the correlation effect between disorganized with positive psychological well-being was significant; (8) the correlation effect between disorganized and negative psychological well-being was significant. Q values on all results indicate a high heterogeneity which indicates the presence of a moderator

    Preparation Titanium Dioxide Combined Hydrophobic Polymer with Photocatalytic Self-Cleaning Properties

    Titanium dioxide (TiO2) and hydrophobic of TiO2/PDMS (PDMS = polydimethylsiloxane) have been prepared as photocatalytic self-cleaning materials. Synthesis of TiO2 was carried out using the sol-gel method with titanium(IV) isopropoxide (TTIP) as a precursor and acetic acid as a solvent at a temperature of about 10–15 °C, while the synthesis of hydrophobic of TiO2/PDMS composites was carried out by a sonication method under ethanol solution. The results of XRD analysis of synthesized TiO2 showed that TiO2 was anatase phase. The glass-coated TiO2/PDMS were prepared by dip-coating under an ultrasonication bath. TiO2/PDMS composites at a ratio of TiO2/PDMS (1) on the glass plate showed hydrophobic properties, as evidenced by the contact angle of 104° before irradiation and the contact angle of 99.7° after irradiation. The synthesized titanium dioxide has irregular spherical morphology. The increase in PDMS content was correlated with an increase in the roughness of TiO2. PDMS not only acts as low surface energy but also binds TiO2. The hydrophobic behavior of PDMS creates TiO2/PDMS repel each other, gain irregular agglomeration structures. Beside having optimum contact angle, glass-coated TiO2/PDMS (1) is the best composition for degradation of methylene blue in 69.68% for 20 minutes irradiation. Copyright © 2021 by Authors, Published by BCREC Group.     This study aims to determine: (1) the results of the development of guided inquiry-based worksheets and (2) the quality of the product development guided inquiry- based worksheets. This study refers to the model of research and development (R & D) of Borg & Gall. The results of this study concluded: (1) On stage: (a) preliminary studies needed LKS, (b) the planning and development of the initial product produced draft II LKS, (c) the preliminary field test produced a draft III, (d) the resulting field trials Draft IV, (e) the operational field test produced a draft of V (final product); and (2) the quality of the development of products obtained CV of 0.79 which indicates that the worksheets can be resumed in the test phase obtained an average rating "very good", the average student and teacher questionnaire responses obtained the rating "very good", and the percentage mastery learning outcomes of students of class XI IPA 1 SMA Batik 1 Surakarta by 94.12% and XI IPA 2 SMA Batik 2 Surakarta by 82.86% so that both can be expressed completely in the classical style

    This study aims to determine teachers' pedagogical competence in increasing students' motivation to learn Bahasa Indonesia. To find this out, the approach used in this research is qualitative, a description method with observational research instruments or observations and interviews with students and teachers. The research participants were Bahasa Indonesia teachers and several SMA Negeri 3 Medan students. The study found that some teachers understand the characteristics of students because there are still teachers who generalize learning and need to understand student learning styles. The teachers in SMA Negeri 3 Medan have been able to design lesson plans (RPP) with innovative learning models. Not all teachers carry out learning according to the lesson plan (RPP) previously designed. In addition, some educators have yet to be able to assess or evaluate learning authentically. All teachers play a role in developing students so that they can actualize the potential of students
